Job summary

Willow Recruitment is seeking a Customer Relationship Coordinator for a leading Australian home builder based in Brisbane's south-side. You will guide clients through the build process, from construction start to handover, handling updates and project administration.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a residential builder, a strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in a residential builder or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong customer-focused approach and service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the build process.
• Provide scheduled updates and manage project administration for client projects.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on progress and changes.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships; identify and resolve issues promptly.
