Job summary

Neurosensory in Benowa, Queensland is seeking a Client Care Representative to join our clinical administration team. This permanent full-time role (Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm) focuses on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring smooth admin operations in the clinic.

You will manage appointments, greet clients, handle calls and emails, assist with inquiries, and support billing and basic device servicing. A warm, patient, team-focused attitude is essential.

• Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients

• Answering clinic phone calls and emails
• Assisting with client and doctor enquiries

• Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Care Representative to join our clinical administration team at Neurosensory in Benowa, Queensland. This is a permanent full-time position (Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) that plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and seamless service delivery. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming, professional environment whilst managing the administrative operations that keep our clinic running smoothly. This role is essential to our mission of providing outstanding neurosensory care and support services.
