Job summary

Neurosensory in Brisbane is seeking a casual Client Care Representative to support Brisbane CBD, Chermside, North Lakes, with occasional coverage at Buderim. You will greet clients, manage appointments, and handle inquiries in a friendly, patient-focused environment.

You’ll work flexible shifts Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, travel between sites as needed, and receive full training and ongoing support. Our role focuses on delivering excellent service to an older clientele while keeping admin

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on Client Care/Admin professional to join our team as a Casual Client Care Representative, providing support across our Brisbane clinics, including Brisbane CBD, Chermside, and North Lakes, with occasional coverage at our Buderim clinic when required.

You will play an important role within our business, providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse, client-facing role. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

This is a casual position offering flexible shifts between Monday and Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. You'll support multiple clinic locations and provide coverage for planned and unplanned leave as needed. We're seeking someone who enjoys variety, is adaptable, and is happy to travel between clinic locations to support our teams and clients.

What will you be doing?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients
• Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records
• Assisting with client and doctor enquiries
• Answering clinic phone calls and emails
• Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
• Accurate billing of appointments
• Other general office duties

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience
• Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
• Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Willingness to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other clinics from time to time.
