Job summary

Neurosensory is seeking a Client Care / Admin Representative for its Ballina and Lismore clinics. The role is permanent part-time, Tue-Thu 8:30am–5:00pm, with training provided and a supportive team environment.

You will welcome clients, manage appointments, handle enquiries, perform basic device servicing support, and ensure accurate billing while contributing to a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and provide friendly client service.
• Strong administrative and billing capabilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment scheduling for audiologists and reschedule as needed.
• Greet clients and update client records.
• Assist with client and doctor enquiries and answer calls/emails.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for hearing devices and accurate billing.

We're looking for a friendly and proactive Client Care / Admin Representative to join our Ballina and Lismore hearing clinics.

You'll be the welcoming face of the clinic, supporting clients on their hearing health journey as part of a supportive team, with full training provided.

This is a permanent part-time role, working Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, offering great work-life balance with long weekends every week.

What will you be doing?

As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients
• Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records
• Assisting with client and doctor enquiries
• Answering clinic phone calls and emails
• Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
• Accurate billing of appointments
• Other general office duties
