Job summary

Neurosensory Ballina/Lismore hearing clinics are seeking a friendly Client Care Representative to join our team. You’ll welcome clients and support the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every visitor.

This permanent part-time role, Tue–Thu 8:30am–5:00pm, offers a great work–life balance with full training provided. You’ll contribute to a warm, collaborative culture and have opportunities to grow within Neurosensory.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver excellent client experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

• Excellent computer skills and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment schedules for audiologists and reschedule as needed.
• Greet clients and update client records.
• Answer clinic phone calls and emails; respond to enquiries.

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Client Care / Admin Representative to join our Ballina and Lismore hearing clinics.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic, supporting clients on their hearing health journey as part of a supportive team, with full training provided.

This is a permanent part-time role, working Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, offering great work-life balance with long weekends every week.

What will you be doing?

As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients
• Greeting clients at the clinic and updating client records
• Assisting with client and doctor enquiries
• Answering clinic phone calls and emails
• Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
• Accurate billing of appointments
• Other general office duties
