Job summary

Sonova in Benowa, Queensland, is seeking a Client Care Representative to join our clinical administration team. This permanent full-time role (Mon-Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm) focuses on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

You will manage appointment schedules, greet clients, answer phone calls and emails, assist with enquiries and billing, and provide basic troubleshooting for hearing devices. This role offers training and a supportive, values-driven team.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionateClient Care Representative to join our clinical administration team at Neurosensory in Benowa, Queensland. This is a permanent full-time position (Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) that plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and seamless service delivery. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming, professional environment whilst managing the administrative operations that keep our clinic running smoothly. This role is essential to our mission of providing outstanding neurosensory care and support services.

What will you be doing?

As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients
