Job summary

ECH is seeking a Customer Care Concierge to be the first point of contact for older South Australians, delivering information and guidance on services with empathy and professionalism.

In a fast-paced environment you’ll answer enquiries across channels, connect customers with the right supports, and build trusted relationships with customers, families and stakeholders while ensuring every interaction is positive and solution-focused.

Qualifications

• Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Certificate III in Customer Engagement or relevant experience and on-the-job training.
• Experience in a contact centre is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about ECH services across enquiries.
• Answer enquiries across multiple channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, families and stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and connect individuals with appropriate services and supports.
