Job summary

ECH is seeking a Customer Care Concierge to be the first point of contact for customers, families and the community, delivering information and guidance on ECH's services, and helping navigate support options with professionalism and empathy.

In a fast-paced environment, you will build trusted relationships, resolve enquiries, connect customers with the right services, and contribute to continuous improvements that enhance the customer experience, supporting older South Australians to live well

Qualifications

• A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• A current driver's licence.
• A Certificate III in Customer Engagement or relevant experience and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across multiple channels with empathy and professionalism.
• Respond to customer enquiries, enact requests and provide accurate information about ECH services.
• Build strong relationships with customers, families and stakeholders to ensure positive interactions.
• Identify customer needs and connect individuals with appropriate services and support options.
• Resolve enquiries efficiently and contribute to improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
