Job summary

Neurosensory is hiring a Client Care Representative for Ballina/Lismore. You will welcome clients, support hearing health journeys, and work as part of a collaborative clinic team. Training is provided, and you will handle front-d desk duties, scheduling, and client communications.

This permanent part-time role runs Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30am–5:00pm, offering a good work-life balance and opportunities for growth within the Sonova family.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or reception preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a friendly, proactive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the appointment schedule for audiologists and reschedule as needed.
• Greet clients at the clinic and update client records.
• Assist with client and doctor enquiries.
• Answer clinic phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices.
• Accurate billing of appointments and related tasks.
• Support other general office duties as required.
