Job summary

Neurosensory in Ballina/Lismore is seeking a friendly Client Care and Admin Representative to welcome clients and support doctors and audiologists in daily clinic operations.

You will handle appointment scheduling, client records, enquiries, phone and email communications, basic device troubleshooting, and billing, joining a supportive team with full training and long-term career potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the appointment schedule for the audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments.
• Greet clients at the clinic and update client records.
• Assist with client and doctor enquiries.
• Answer clinic phone calls and emails.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices.
• Accurate billing of appointments.
• Perform other general office duties.
