Reo Group is recruiting a Claims Operations Lead to own a fixed-term implementation of a new claims management system in Sydney. You will lead design, configuration, testing and rollout while working with internal claims and technology stakeholders.

The role requires solid end-to-end claims experience in general insurance and a proven track record of delivering claims system transformations. A hands-on, pragmatic operator who can engage both strategic and operational levels will thrive.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a new claims management system.
• Drive design, configuration, testing and rollout in a pragmatic manner.
• Collaborate with claims, operations and technology teams through the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across the programme.
• Support change management and training to embed the new system.
