Job summary

QBE Insurance Group is hiring for a Claims Officer in a hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC or Parramatta, NSW. You will manage motor claims end-to-end, supporting customers through the process with strong service standards.

The role offers hybrid work (2 days in the office) and comprehensive training with no prior claims experience required. Start date is 30 November 2026, with overtime opportunities available up to 8pm.

We are looking for Claims Officers to join our Motor Claims team.

This is a great opportunity to step into the world of insurance claims, where no two days are the same. You’ll manage a range of motor claims, supporting our customers through the claims process and delivering a high standard of service from start to finish.
