QBE Insurance Group is seeking a Property Claims professional in Melbourne/Parramatta to manage end-to-end property claims across perils. You will handle water damage, fire, theft, and catastrophe-related claims while working in a hybrid setup.

Qualificações

• Experience in claims, case management, customer service, insurance or financial services with strong customer focus.
• Demonstrated portfolio management experience, managing multiple claims or clients concurrently.
• Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, with strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to navigate competing priorities, resolve conflict, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
• Customer-focused mindset with experience in roles involving multiple touchpoints and service delivery.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to proactively remove barriers, drive accountability and deliver timely customer outcomes.

Join our Farm & Householder and Catastrophe Claims teams, where you'll manage end-to-end property claims across a diverse portfolio. Your new role

About You
