Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a proactive Claims Officer to join the Claims team at the Tullamarine HQ on a full-time basis. You will manage backend admin tasks, contact customers about damages, and prepare files for recoveries while maintaining precise records.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, clear communication, and experience with claims management databases. A fast-paced environment and a collaborative team setting are expected.

Responsabilités

• Investigate vehicle damage cases, advise probable outcomes, and communicate with customers and internal teams.
