Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is hiring a Rental Sales Agent to join the Mascot Off Airport team in Sydney, NSW. You will greet customers, process rentals, upsell add-ons, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, with a willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. A valid Australian driver’s license is essential, and prior car rental experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in car or rental services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and POS/RMS tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and upsell add-ons and services.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues with a service-first mindset.
