Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a sales‑minded and customer‑focused Sales & Customer Service Officer on a casual basis to support the Newcastle Airport & City team. You will greet customers, process rentals, upsell products, handle inquiries and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have sales or retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. A valid Australian driver's license and full working rights in Australia are required, with

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles.
• Process rental agreements accurately.
• Promote and upsell additional products and services.
• Address inquiries promptly with a service-first approach.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and products.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business.
