Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is hiring a Sales & Customer Service Officer to join the Adelaide Airport team on a casual basis. You will greet customers, process rentals, upsell products, and support sales targets while maintaining vehicle readiness and service quality.

You should have prior experience in sales or customer service, excellent communication, and be comfortable using computer systems. Flexibility to work a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Confident using computer systems and technology.
