Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer in Darwin, for a casual role in our Airport & City team. You will greet customers, process rental agreements, upsell products, and resolve inquiries with a customer-first mindset.

Formación

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Car rental experience highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Promote upsell of additional products and services.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally with a service-first approach.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods and note damages.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, services and products to aid sales.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Detail and clean vehicles to business quality standards.
• Refuel and transport vehicles as required.
