The Andersen Partnership is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join our Sydney team. This role offers ownership of a diverse claims portfolio and the opportunity to work closely with clients, insurers and brokers to deliver strong claims outcomes and high levels of service.

You will advocate for clients, interpret policy wordings, maintain relationships and drive regular claims updates while ensuring compliance across claims reviews and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within General Insurance Claims.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident managing claims independently and resolving complex issues.
• Broad knowledge of commercial insurance products.
