Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a large insurance brokerage in Australia to recruit a Claims Specialist. Based in South Brisbane, you will manage claims across a diverse portfolio, acting as the main contact for clients and coordinating with insurers and underwriters.

The role offers a hybrid setup with 1 day of work-from-home after probation and a salary of up to $100k plus super. You will bring intermediated claims experience, a solid understanding of the claims lifecycle and the ability

• Experience in an intermediated claims environment.
• Broking claims experience is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of the insurance claims process.
• Exposure to a broad range of insurance products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims across a diverse portfolio of insurance products.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the claims process.
• Liaise with insurers, underwriters and other key stakeholders.
• Provide advice and support to clients on claims matters.
• Manage claims from lodgement through to resolution.
• Ensure claims are progressed efficiently and in the best interests of clients.
