Australian Building & Construction Group – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a proactive team member to support the repair process and manage residential insurance claims. You will collaborate with project managers and trades, help progress claims on portals, and build strong relationships with insurers and customers.

The ideal candidate will handle high-volume calls, demonstrate excellent customer service, and follow established processes to deliver fast, effective solutions while contributing to KPI

Responsibilities

• Working alongside Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors and Trades to support the Repair process and assist with ensuring your team hits targets.
• Assisting customers, insurers and fellow team members in progressing/updating claims on company portals.
• Building and developing stakeholder relationships to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, answering queries regarding claims or referring to the correct team member.
• Triaging and evaluating multiple residential insurance claims on a daily basis.
• Actively celebrating the team success!
