Aptella Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager – Civil NSW to lead our Civil sales team, grow market share and drive strong commercial outcomes. This hands-on leadership role blends strategy, people leadership and customer engagement, with responsibility for shaping plans, managing key relationships and pursuing new opportunities across the NSW market.

You'll collaborate with regional leaders, Sales Ops, Rental and Marketing to convert strategy into action and deliver an exceptional customer

• Proven experience leading a sales team.
• Strong background in business development and account management.
• Ability to coach, motivate and hold people accountable.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
• Experience with sales planning, forecasting and CRM.
