Job summary

Aptella Pty Ltd is seeking a Territory Account Manager – Civil for the Sunshine Coast, QLD. This hands-on role focuses on business development, account management and solutions selling across civil tech products.

You will build long-term customer partnerships, manage the sales cycle from discovery to close, and travel as required to support growth in the civil construction and positioning technology space.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory sales, account management or business development.
• Comfort presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing capability with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and forecast effectively.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and develop new business opportunities across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right technical solution.
• Present and demonstrate machine control, weighing, GPS and laser technology.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
