Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Package Coordinator to join our Civil team in Perth, Western Australia. The role focuses on managing contract packages across the full project lifecycle, coordinating with project managers, area managers, vendors and stakeholders to ensure delivery meets technical, commercial, schedule and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have engineering qualifications and experience in EPCM or major project environments, with strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all activities associated with assigned equipment and contract packages.
• Support Project Managers and Area Managers in delivering package scope, schedule and cost objectives.
• Drive package execution from requirements definition through procurement, delivery, commissioning and handover.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and internal disciplines to ensure timely delivery of technical and commercial outcomes.
• Manage package schedules, forecasts, risks and project changes affecting package delivery.
• Coordinate vendor data requirements and ensure documentation is received in line with project schedules.
• Ensure equipment and systems meet operational, technical, quality and regulatory requirements.
