Job summary

Hatch in Perth, Western Australia, seeks an experienced Planner to join our Project Controls team. You will develop, maintain, and analyse project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to ensure alignment of activities across disciplines.

You should have 10+ years of EPCM experience, be highly proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office, and work effectively in fast-paced, globally dispersed teams. Travel to site is expected to support delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EPCM project planning experience.
• Strong scheduling and project-management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EPCM-level project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to align timelines and resources.
• Travel to site periodically to monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Analyse and validate contractor schedules, including extension of time claims.
• Provide timely forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to stakeholders.
• Contribute to planning inputs for reporting tools like Synchro 4D and Power BI.
