Job summary

Hatch in Perth, WA is seeking a Package Coordinator to join our Civil team. You will manage the delivery of contract packages across the full project lifecycle, coordinating with project teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

You will hold a relevant engineering qualification and bring EPCM or major project experience, coordinating design, procurement, construction and commissioning to deliver complex equipment and packages while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification is required.
• Experience in EPCM or major project environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all activities for the assigned package.
• Support Project Managers in delivering scope, schedule and cost objectives.
• Drive package execution from requirements through procurement, delivery and handover.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and internal disciplines to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure equipment and systems meet technical, quality and regulatory requirements.
