Wave International is seeking an experienced civil engineer to step into the role of Discipline Lead: Civil in Perth, WA. You will own and grow the civil capability across a growing consultancy, guiding multi-disciplinary projects in mining and resources.

You will lead delivery of civil design and technical reviews while mentoring engineers, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth from bid through project delivery.

• Strong capability leading civil deliverables across multidisciplinary projects.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and grow the business.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead civil engineering scopes across studies, detailed design and project delivery.
• Deliver high-quality civil designs meeting Australian Standards and specs.
• Perform and oversee earthworks, drainage, road and site development design tasks.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring as the team grows.
• Build client relationships and pursue repeat and new work opportunities.
• Support proposals, project estimates, tenders and BD initiatives.
