Job summary

Michael Hill Jeweller is seeking Christmas Casuals at our Glenning Valley NSW store to support the busy holiday period. Join as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer experiences while assisting the sales team during peak times.

Shifts run from October through February with an hourly rate of $35.08 for adults, plus penalty rates for weekday evenings from 6pm, weekends and public holidays. There is potential to transition to ongoing work where available and a training program will set

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Click & Collect orders and customer enquiries.
• Ability to create attractive store displays and maintain high presentation standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales during peak holiday period.
• Support sales team and ensure accurate product presentation.
• Maintain stockroom organisation and store visuals.

About this opportunity

As a brand ambassador, you'll represent the values and image of our premium jewellery brand while helping create memorable shopping experiences.

You’ll also support the store presentation by maintaining jewellery displays, assisting with stockroom organisation, and working collaboratively with your team on day-to-day store operations.
