Job summary

Michael Hill Jeweller on the Gold Coast is hiring Christmas Casuals to support our busy festive period. Join a premium jewellery brand and help deliver exceptional customer experiences while assisting sales teams during peak times.

Shifts run from October to February with a competitive hourly rate of 35.08 AUD, casual loading, and penalty rates for evenings, weekends and public holidays. Training is provided with potential to turn seasonal work into ongoing roles where available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and approachable style when connecting with customers.
• Experience supporting Click & Collect orders and assisting with customer inquiries.
• Enjoy creating attractive store displays and maintaining high presentation standards.
• Enthusiastic, well-presented and passionate about delivering great service.

Join us this holiday season as a Christmas Casual and become a proud brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting our sales team during our busiest and most exciting time of year.

• Shifts available from October through to February

About this opportunity

As a brand ambassador, you'll represent the values and image of our premium jewellery brand while helping create memorable shopping experiences.

You’ll also support the store presentation by maintaining jewellery displays, assisting with stockroom organisation, and working collaboratively with your team on day-to-day store operations.
