Job summary

Michael Hill Jeweller is recruiting for a Christmas Casual to support our Ballarat store during the busy holiday period. Join our premium jewellery brand and help deliver exceptional customer experiences while assisting the sales team during peak times.

Shifts run October through February with an attractive hourly rate and exclusive team member discounts. Earn $35.08 per hour (adult rate) with casual loading and penalty rates for evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Be friendly, professional and approachable with customers.
• Experience supporting Click & Collect orders and assisting customer inquiries.
• Enjoy creating attractive store displays and maintaining high presentation standards.
• Be enthusiastic, well-presented, and passionate about delivering great service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and support the sales team during the holiday period.
• Maintain and present jewellery displays to attract customers.
• Support stockroom organisation and day-to-day store operations.

About this opportunity

As a brand ambassador, you'll represent the values and image of our premium jewellery brand while helping create memorable shopping experiences.

You’ll also support the store presentation by maintaining jewellery displays, assisting with stockroom organisation, and working collaboratively with your team on day-to-day store operations.
