Job summary

Michael Hill Jeweller is seeking Christmas Casuals to support our sales team during a peak holiday period across Australia. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, assist with Click & Collect orders, and help maintain premium store presentation.

Shifts run from October through February with flexible hours and competitive hourly rates. Team member discounts apply after probation, plus penalty rates for evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and approachable with customers.
• Experience supporting Click & Collect orders and handling inquiries.
• Enjoy creating attractive store displays and maintaining high presentation standards.
• Enthusiastic, well-presented and passionate about delivering great service.

• Maintain jewellery displays and stockroom organisation.

• Shifts available from October through to February

As a brand ambassador, you'll represent the values and image of our premium jewellery brand while helping create memorable shopping experiences.

You’ll also support the store presentation by maintaining jewellery displays, assisting with stockroom organisation, and working collaboratively with your team on day-to-day store operations.
