Job summary

Michael Hill Jeweller in Port Macquarie NSW is hiring a Christmas Casual for the holiday period. You will support the sales team, assist customers, and help with Click & Collect orders while providing a high level of service and maintaining attractive store displays.

Join us this holiday season as a Christmas Casual and become a proud brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting our sales team during our busiest and most exciting time of year.

• Shifts available from October through to February
• Competitive hourly rate + exclusive team member discounts after your first month

• $35.08 per hour adult rate inclusive of casual loading (please note junior rates will apply for team members under 21 years of age) + penalty rates for weekday evenings from 6pm, weekends, and public holidays!

• Have experience supporting Click & Collect orders and assisting with customer enquiries
• Enjoy creating attractive store displays and maintaining high presentation standards
• Be enthusiastic, well-presented, and passionate about delivering great service
• Have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

About this opportunity

As a brand ambassador, you'll represent the values and image of our premium jewellery brand while helping create memorable shopping experiences.

You'll also support the store presentation by maintaining jewellery displays, assisting with stockroom organisation, and working collaboratively with your team on day-to-day store operations.
