Job summary

Michael Hill is seeking a Christmas Casual to support our stores during the peak trading period. You will deliver personalised customer service, assist with stock and store presentation, and help the sales team meet busy holiday demand.

Shifts run October through February with an adult hourly rate of 35.08 AUD, including casual loading. Junior rates apply for team members under 21. Weekend and public holiday penalties apply as noted.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and approachable style with customers.
• Experience supporting Click & Collect orders and customer enquiries.
• Enjoy creating attractive store displays and maintaining high presentation standards.
• Be enthusiastic, well-presented and flexible to evenings, weekends and public holidays.

About This Opportunity

Play an important role in the success of our Christmas trading season by delivering personalised customer service in a fast-paced team environment. As a brand ambassador, you'll represent the values and image of our premium jewellery brand while helping create memorable shopping experiences.
