Total Lifestyle Chiropractic Pty Ltd is seeking a friendly Chiropractic Assistant (Receptionist) to join our team across three practices: Highett, Cranbourne and Frankston. This casual role offers about 20 hours per week with flexible shifts to fit your lifestyle.

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent patient care.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
• A friendly, professional and reliable approach to teamwork.
• An interest in health and wellness.
• Availability for shifts between approximately 7:45 am–12:00 pm and 2:30 pm–7:00 pm.
• Availability to cover other team members' leave, sometimes at short notice.
