Job summary

Harrod Chiropractic in Melbourne is seeking a warm, caring Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly, family‑oriented practice. You will be the right hand of the chiropractor and the welcoming face for patients, helping with patient flow, communication and clinic ambiance.

Part‑time role (roughly 10–20 hours per week), mainly at the Keysborough clinic with flexibility to work across Elwood and Glen Iris.

Our local,family-oriented chiropractic clinic is on the lookout for a warm, caring, friendly Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly, happy, professional and committed team.

You, will be the right hand of the Chiropractor and the welcoming face of the practice. The practice relies on your patient management along with your exemplary people and organisational skills to ensure smooth patient flow in and out of the clinic.

The primary focus of this role is to:

Maintain the clinic ambiance

Facilitate effective communication with patients and chiropractors

Help stimulate the growth of the practice

Contribute to the development of the team

Ensure all procedures and processes are carried out in an exemplary standard.

Our practice is located across three clinics - Elwood, Glen Iris and Keysborough. The clinics operate between the hours of8 am and 7 pm Monday to FridayandSaturday 8 am - 11 am and 12.30 pm to 3 pm. This role is a part time positionthat offers around 10-20hours per week and is predominantly located at the Keysborough clinic however you must be able to work in all clinics. You will need to be available to work the clinic hours and it would be ideal if you have flexibility to cover additional hours when needed.
