Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel between clinics may be required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; teamwork and patient relations.
• Strong time management; ability to prioritise tasks with minimal supervision.
• Professional, empathetic and patient‑focused customer care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Professional, confident telephone manners.
• Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and professional experience for patients and support daily clinic operations.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, payments, and administrative duties.
• Process patient payments and health fund claims using the HICAPS Trinity terminal.
• Provide comprehensive support to chiropractors and allied health practitioners.
• Maintain knowledge of clinic services, procedures, and patient care processes.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, administration, and management teams.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional clinic environment.
• Demonstrate high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
