Job summary

Grow Early Education Bundaberg is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma Educator to join our team. The role supports an inclusive learning environment, builds strong relationships with families and the community, and ensures health and safety policies are followed.

The position is permanent part-time, three days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri), with open/close shifts to match operating hours. Training and progression opportunities are available in a brand-new centre.

Grow Early Education Bundaberg is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma Educator to join our team!

This is a Permanent Part Time position to work 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday!

Our centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, this position must be flexible to work opens or closing shifts!

About your new role:

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

A little about you:

Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.

Current Blue Card, approved First Aid, National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.

Experience in an early childhood setting.

A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
