Job summary

Children First Early Education Walkervale in Bundaberg, QLD, is seeking an enthusiastic Educator for permanent part-time or casual roles up to 37.5 hours per week. You will contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment and support educators, children, and families.

• Certificate III (studying towards) or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services.
• Current Blue Card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

• Create and maintain an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive learning environment.

About your new role:

Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

A little about you:

Certificate III (studying towards) or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.

Experience in an early childhood setting.
