Job summary

Grow Early Education Heathmont is seeking dedicated Certificate III or Diploma qualified educators to join our part-time team, with up to 37.5 hours per week. The centre operates 6:30am–6:30pm and shifts may include opens or closes, offering a flexible schedule.

You will create engaging learning environments, build strong relationships with children and families, and implement developmentally appropriate programs in line with EYLF and NQF standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services approved by ACECQA.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an inclusive, safe learning environment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Ensure health, safety and centre policies are followed and licensing requirements met.
• Support team operations and contribute ideas to the workplace.

We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team!

This is a permanent Part Time position to work up to 37.5 hours per week!

Our centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm, this position must be flexible to work opens or closing shifts!

About your new role:

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
• You will implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.

A little about you:

• Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
• Current Working with Children Check, approved First Aid, National Child Safety (Geccko) Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
