Job summary

Grow Early Education Frankston is seeking an experienced Educator to join our growing team. Casual positions are available and you can work up to 37.5 hours per week.

We offer excellent wages, the Workers Retention Payment on top of base pay, 75% off out-of-pocket childcare fees, and free annual safety and training certifications. Access to discounts and a purpose-built centre with strong pedagogical practice are also provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma qualification as approved by ACECQA.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Current WWCC and approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
• Ensuring health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
