Job summary

Grow Early Education Nowra Central is seeking a qualified educator to join our brand-new 99-place centre. You will help create an inclusive, safe and playful learning environment and support the delivery of high-quality early-years programs.

The role offers permanent and casual positions with up to 37.5 hours, competitive wages well above award rates, and benefits such as fee discounts and professional development, backed by friendly management.

Qualifications

• Must have current WWCC and approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
• Experience in an early childhood setting.
• Confidence in building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

• Create and maintain an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive learning environment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the broader community.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and centre policies, licensing and regulations.

About your new role:

Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment

Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.

Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

A little about you

Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
