RELX in Australia (LexisNexis) seeks a senior sales leader to drive ANZ growth across existing relationships and new business, accelerating adoption of Legal AI solutions including Lexis+ AI and Protege. This role protects and grows our market-leading legal research business while helping customers embrace AI-powered legal technology that transforms how professionals research, draft, analyse and decide.

Qualifications

Senior sales leader responsible for ANZ revenue growth and strategy.
Proven track record of growing revenue through existing and new customers.
Experience in SaaS, legal tech or information services is highly desirable.
Strong coaching, leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Expert in forecasting, pipeline management and sales analytics.
Interest in AI and translating technology into customer value.

Responsabilités

Lead sales strategy and performance across ANZ relationship management and new business development.
Drive retention, renewal, expansion and acquisition outcomes.
Coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
Build executive-level customer relationships and support complex deals.
Champion AI-powered legal technology solutions and evolving workflows.
Improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline and CRM usage.
