Job summary

LexisNexis in Australia seeks an accomplished sales leader to head our ANZ sales function, driving growth across existing relationships and new business while accelerating adoption of our next‑generation Legal AI solutions, including Lexis+ AI and Protege.

Reporting to the Managing Director, Pacific, you will lead Relationship Managers and New Business Development professionals, build capability, drive performance and foster a high‑performance sales culture that delivers exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales, account management or customer growth teams.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth, retention and expansion outcomes.
• Experience within SaaS, Technology, Legal Tech, Information Services or Professional Services environments.
• Strong coaching and leadership capability with experience building successful teams.
• Executive stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using forecasting, pipeline management and sales analytics to drive results.
• An interest in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to translate technology into customer value.
• Experience with legal technology, legal research platforms, legal workflow software or AI-enabled solutions.
