Job summary

LexisNexis is seeking a senior sales leader to steer the ANZ sales function for AI-powered legal technology, including Lexis+ AI and Protege. You will recruit, coach and manage a high-performance team, drive strategic sales initiatives and shape customer outcomes across a fast-evolving legal tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with accountability for sales strategy and revenue growth across ANZ.
• Experience leading large teams with direct reports and second-line leadership.
• Track record of net-new customer acquisition, growth, retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and performance across relationship management, retention and new business development.
• Drive customer retention, renewal, expansion and acquisition outcomes.
• Coach, develop and enable a high-performing sales team.
