Job summary

Terrey Hills Golf & Country Club in Sydney’s Northern Beaches is seeking a full‑time Chef to join our professional kitchen team. You will prepare high‑quality meals across dining, functions and golf events, and support the Head Chef during busy service periods.

The role requires a qualified chef or experienced cook with commercial kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and knowledge of food safety. Weekend shifts and varied hours are included.

Qualifications

• Qualified chef or experienced cook with relevant commercial kitchen experience.
• Experience in hospitality, club, restaurant or function environments.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook high‑quality meals to club standards across dining, functions and events.
• Assist with food preparation, service and kitchen operations.
• Support Head Chef and team during busy service periods.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and safety.
• Work across clubhouse dining, functions, member events and golf days.
• Weekend work is required (Saturdays and Sundays).
