Job summary

Swing Factory Terrey Hills, Sydney’s premier golf entertainment venue, is seeking a qualified Chef to join our kitchen team. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food preparation, production and delivering high standards of quality and presentation.

We offer a competitive salary ($72,000–$82,000) plus superannuation, an energetic team, career development and staff perks including golf entertainment and gear. Evening, weekend and public holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chef with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling practices.
• Reliable, positive and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Living locally near Terrey Hills is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to menu and quality standards.
• Complete food preparation and mise en place for service.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising food wastage.
• Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Work effectively with the Kitchen Manager and wider venue team.
