Eurest is seeking a Chef Manager for a full-time role in Huntingwood, NSW. The position offers a base salary of 88,392.86 AUD with 12% superannuation, total package ~99,000 AUD, and Monday–Friday hours with early morning shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Must have kitchen leadership experience.
• Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required.
• Experience with full P&L management.
• Strong menu costing and creation skills.
• Good people management and client-facing service ability.
• Contract management experience is advantageous.
• Intermediate computer/Microsoft Office skills.

Aufgaben

• Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu-based catering.
• Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house.
• Build and leverage positive customer and client relationships to achieve partnership objectives.
• Manage finances within a budget and maintain efficient operations across multi services.
