Job summary

Eurest is hiring a Chef - Full-Time in Victoria, Australia. The role offers a base rate of AUD 29.46 per hour plus penalty rates and 12% superannuation, with a consistent Monday to Friday roster from 5:30am to 1:30pm.

You will prepare meals from fresh produce, uphold safety and food hygiene standards, and support a high-quality dining experience for a major client. Successful candidates will hold Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery with at least two years in a fast-paced kitchen, and

Qualifications

• Certificate III and IV in Commercial Cookery with at least 2 years in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience in buffet-style and à la carte service with strong time management.
• Knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals using fresh produce.
• Adhere to OH&S regulations and safe food handling procedures.
• Maintain catering controls and minimise wastage.
• Uphold high standards of food hygiene to Compass and Toyota expectations.
