Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Chef Manager for a full-time role in Huntingwood. You will lead kitchen operations, manage menus, stock and budgets while mentoring staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisor certificate, with experience in full P&L management and contract oversight. Monday–Friday hours and onsite parking are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate required.
• Proven experience leading kitchen operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu-based catering.
• Manage stock, budgets, and staff mentoring/training front and back of house.
• Build strong client relationships to achieve partnership objectives.
• Oversee finances within budget and ensure efficient multi-service operations.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and contract scope requirements.
