Job summary

Ideal candidates will have Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S, strong time management, and commitment to a positive safety culture. Certificate III Commercial Cookery or above and a police check (or willingness) are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures.
• Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning.
• Responsible for maintaining food safety documents.
• Stock control and rotation.

Education

Certificate III Commercial Cookery or above

Police check holder (or willing to obtain a police check)
